Candice Bassett becomes full-time dual member

VP and membership chair Carol Ogle pins on Candice Bassett's angel pin during her sing-in.  This is a tradition for each new member who joins Piney Hills Harmony.

The lead section leaders are happy, happy, happy to have Candice added to their section.  On the left, Cheryl Roach; on the right, Rebecca McNeill, who also serves as assistant director for sound and musical expression.  Director Sheila Nugent also took part in the sing-in festivities.

And it's hugs all around during the sing-in circle of love.  Here, Alanna McNeill and Mary Helen Tschabold show Candice a good old Sweet Adeline welcome.

Our "formal" 2018 competition photo

We love this informal formal pose for our 2018 contest photo.  We felt good about our performance when we finished our set and found out later that the judges did, too - we won medals for third-place small chorus and fifth place overall in Region 10.

Carlyn Amire-Brahimi becomes member of Piney Hills Harmony

Carlyn Amire-Brahimi gets a warm hug during her sing-in as singing sisters surround her.

Carlyn is welcomed into the chorus by her carpool partner Jerri Mahoney and President Judy Sisson.
We're so happy to have her in our midst as our latest baritone. She is an experienced Sweet Adeline
who was formerly a member of Bayou Blend Chorus.

Piney Hills Harmony wins third small-chorus medal, fifth place overall

Showing off our medals after we got home.
Our portion of the video that Region 10 made following the 2018 contest.
